Greetings Lancaster Tiger Families!

My name is Carmen Dottavio, and I am proud to serve as your Principal at the wonderful Lancaster Elementary.  I have worked in Orange County Public Schools for nineteen years as a fourth-grade teacher, fifth-grade teacher, math and science coach, and Assistant Principal.  I am very passionate about empowering our young scholars and turning them into leaders, preparing them to succeed in school and life.  My commitment to you is to lead our Tigers to proficiency and beyond by building strong relationships with parents, scholars, and our community.

As your Principal, it is very important to me that every person who enters our doors is excited about being part of the Tiger family.  Creating an environment that is nurturing, positive, and fun enables us to meet the challenges of academic excellence.  It is truly a blessing to be the instructional leader of this amazing school, and I look forward to another year of great accomplishments by our scholars and staff.

Yours in Education,

Carmen Dottavio
